You experience these 3 forms for stress daily!?

  1. Physical Stress: This could be big events like a fall, accident, or injury. However, most of this stress comes from what you do daily, such as your posture, prolonged sitting, repetitive movements, or lack of sleep.
  2. Chemical/Environmental Stress: This stress comes from your surroundings and anything that goes on or in your body. From the air you breathe, water you drink, products you use to clean your home, your body care products, and food you eat.
  3. Emotional Stress: This is your emotions, mindset and outlook, as well as your relationships (personal, professional, and spiritual).

To reduce overall stress on your nervous system + body, I recommend starting with 1 stress category (physical, chemical, or emotional) that you want to improve in your life.

From there, pick 1 thing within that stressor that you want to change to improve in your health. For example, you want to work on chemical stress, so you decide to add one vegetable to every meal.

Once that change feels easy + is fully incorporated into your routine, repeat the process! You can do this as much and as often as you’re ready for!

Remember – consistency in the little things that you do every day makes a bigger impact than the big things you do once in awhile.?
